Talking About Death Without Panic is a 90-minute workshop designed to help individuals and communities approach end-of-life planning with greater calm and clarity. Participants will explore how values, relationships, and care needs shape decisions, and learn accessible ways to begin conversations that are often delayed or avoided. The workshop offers a non-medical framework for reducing anxiety around the unknown, strengthening communication with loved ones, and identifying what matters most—without pressure or overwhelm.

Rev. JeKaren Bell, MNLM, MDiv is a Unitarian Universalist minister, nonprofit leader, and certified grief and death doula. She supports people and families as they navigate death, grief, and end-of-life transitions, including the loss and care of beloved animals. With over a decade of experience in facilitation, program leadership, and spiritual care, her work centers calm presence, honest conversation, and values-based planning during times of change.
